Fireproof panel system

Cleanroom fireproof panel consists of two metal sheets, folded all around the edges of frame. Panel is filled with high density rock wool 100 kg/m3. The frame is special fireproof material THERMAX SF 750 and it cov- ers panel’s interior totally. The whole entity represents solid mono block element. Panels are made accord- ing to the EU GMP and ISO 14644 requirements.

• Panel thickness: 62 mm (EI45)

• Panel thickness: 82 mm (EI60)

• Max. Dimensions in one piece: 1200 x 4000 mm

Material:

• Panel made out of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet

• 110 µm PVC coating in standard RAL 9010

• Inside filled with rock wool

• Delivered with removable protective film

Options:

• Antibacterial 110 µm PVC coating in standard RAL 9010

• 50 µm PET coating in standard RAL 9010
