PKH works on princip of forced convection. Air flow is achieved by tangent fan, which enables the forced air to circulate in the space and also, harder and faster heating/cooling of the space. Heating effect is much bigger in comparation with nature convection. PKH is used for secundary cooling of the space in a cooling season and heating in the heating season. In a cooling season it is used on the places of heat resources (sun radiation through window) and it prevents increasement of the temperature in the space. The advantages of this convectors are the following: they do not take space, do not obstruct the walking or view through the window. They intake the heated air of the walls or glass surface, cool it by heating exchanger and by fan bleed it into space. In cooling proces from the air amount of water is beeing separated, the air is becoming wet and the comfort in the space is rising.

In compliance with market conditions (building big sports objects), Klimaoprema has developed new generation of articular diffusers. Improvements are the following: easier construction and installation, attractive design (frame without visable screws). Bowl and it's frame are made of aluminium sheet and plastic coated in white RAL 9010, on request, other RAL's are available. Cylindrical connection is made of steel sheet. Articular diffusers are used for air supply in high spaces because of low pressure drop (cca 50 to 100 Pa) by big effect air speed (cca 5 to 15 m/s). In projecting with the change of diffusers quantity and the angel of flow, air flow can be changed or differently directed, depending on heating-cooling mode. In standard offer are articular diffusers with manual or motor drive (24 or 220V).

Steel grilles are used in ventilation systems for air supply and exhaust. They are made of steel sheet metal which is plastic coated in RAL 9010, on query, other RAL's are available. In offer are also grilles made of inox which do not need additional surface protection. Steel grilles can be with one or two rows separately adjustable slices, in version with horizontal (OCH) or vertical (OCV) slices. On grille it is possible to istall one of standard dampers (L, VK, K). Installation is made by screw on the grill frame or by spring and frame. Installation can be on the box with horizontal or vertical connection.

Boxes for variable volume systems provide volume flow control for supply or extract air. Its function does not depend on pressure changes. It is used for keeping constant temperature in a space in VAV systems. Type RVK-A is used for air supply, and type RVK-B is used for air extraction in ventilation systems.

Klimaoprema has enriched the offer of floor grilles by producing wooden floor grilles for covering floor convectors or similar ducts. It can be made from 3 wood types: beech, oak, cherry, that give characteristic colour and design. Protected with non colour lacque grilles are easily cleaned and are long lasting. Wooden Floor Grilles make interier more plesent, especially in family houses, apartments, museums,...
Grill is flexible and can be used in round canals if the lenght of canal is the same.
Max. lenght is 5000 mm and wides are: H = 201 mm, 291 mm, 391 mm.

New biological safety cabinet by DIN 12980/1996 is used for making samples, for microbiological and biotechnical work. Safety cabinet for operators, sample and environmental protection. Protection is not for harmful gases and steam. It provides high air clinliness defined by class 5 by ISO 14644 standard apropos class 100 by U.S.Federal Standard 209 E. This class defines that nr. of parcels in air can not be more than 100 by 1 ft3 apropos 3,5 by air litre. This is the clinliness of working space in cabinet. High air clinliness is accomplished by air filtration through HEPA filter for hovering parcels class H14 by EN 779, efficiency 99,999% for parcels 0,3 µm and bigger whan speed is 0,45 m/s. This means that only one from 100 000 parcels of the size 0,3 µm can go through the filter. This air is absolutely clean. Cabinet recirculates 70% of contamination air through HEPA filter and other 30% deflates through other HEPA filter. Cabinet satisfies GMP regulations. Dimensions of new cabinet are smaller and working space is the same size as before. In cabinet are installed moduls for gas, water, air,...which makes work inside of cabinet easier. Base of the cabinet is demountable so it is easy to transport. Managing is completely by microprocessor. New type of fan from company EBM is installed. Fan has EC electromotor that is quiet.
